Things have changed in the world somewhat since I wrote my last blog post, with most archery clubs across the UK (and indeed world) shut down to prevent the spread of Covid-19. To help archers stay fit during the lockdown I have started a YouTube channel with a range of how to and technique videos. Here is the first, with how to make a shot trainer to fit your normal ILF bow, that will let you shoot it as normal but without arrows or target required.
