Nat Merry is an ArcheryGB coach and Grand Master Bowman with over thirty years of experience in the sport, specialising in competitive compound and recurve target disciplines. She believes in a rational, evidence driven, and gimmick-free approach to coaching that focuses on giving archers the skills they need to perform independently at the highest levels.
